The interview process
If you believe you have the qualities and experience we are after, please submit your CV by following the link below.
If we think that we can make the most of your talents, you will be invited to a first interview with one of our recruitment specialists. This will be as much a chance for you to learn more about us as it will be for us to get to know you.
If successful at this stage, you will be invited to a second interview with a Subject Matter Expert. This will include a case study presentation. If we still think you are suitable material, we will start to put together a job offer.
You will then attend a final interview with our Recruitment Director. Before this interview, depending on the seniority of the position, you may also have the option of an interview with another Director. This will be followed by a full job offer.
At all stages, we will let you know the outcome as soon as practically possible.
Contract opportunities
Most of our people are employed on a permanent employee basis. However, we do sometimes have a need to bring in specialist companies or contractors, with specific sector or technical knowledge, to complement our existing expertise on a client engagement. We do not search for contractors on a case by case basis but prefer to create an ‘Associate Pool’ of people we know of or have interviewed previously.
