We attract experienced risk professionals direct from industry and those with a consulting background. On the one hand we recruit people from commercial/retail banking, asset management, insurance or the risk function of large corporations. On the other we take on people who have specialised in a particular product such as project finance, property finance, trade finance, derivatives, credit derivatives, asset securitisation – or have subject matter expertise in areas such as statistical and numerical techniques or project delivery.

All our consultants have experience in finance credit, market, operational risk (or areas such as reputation, prepayment risk, defined-benefit pension fund risk, energy and environmental risk), as well as in capital calculation and allocation methodologies.
