avantage Response to FSA on Chapter CP11/16

This Consultation Paper covers the proposed requirement for certain financial services firms to prepare and maintain Recovery and Resolution Plans and separately, for some of these firms, and others, to make additional preparations in relation to their investment client money and custody assets holdings.  avantage's response, submitted on 9th November 2011 provides observations about the proposals and their impact on firms based on our extensive experience and practice in this area.
