Deloitte and avantage Capita breakfast meeting on ICAAP for Investment Firms
On 21 November 2008, avantage Capita and Deloitte Luxembourg hosted a business breakfast in Luxembourg to discuss issues faced by Investment Firms with respect to the implementation of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process.
Seventeen investment firms attended the session, which included presentations on the regulatory background by Martin Flaunet, Partner, Deloitte; on the challenges and handy tips for a successful implementation of the ICAAP in investment firms by Jean-Philippe Peters, Senior Manager, Deloitte, and Frederic Gielen, Director, avantage Capita Limited.
The presentation was followed by a Question and Answer session facilitated by Barry Smith, Managing Consultant, avantage Capita Limited, and Martin Flaunet.
