avantage presents at the ‘UCITS Funds Compliance Summit’
On 2 March 2011 avantage were very pleased to be invited to participate in the 12th Annual Fund Compliance Conference ‘UCITS Fund Compliance Summit’ in Luxembourg.
Vincent Galand, Managing Consultant, delivered a presentation on ‘Assessing whether the Actual Risk within the Fund is Consistent with the Risk the Investors are Willing and Able to Take: the role of the Luxembourg Management Company’. Vincent specifically discussed how Luxembourg firms can upgrade their UCITS III risk management platform and achieve UCITS IV compliance.
