ICAAP Implementation for Luxembourg Banks – The Clock is Ticking
In April 2008, avantage Reply initiated a survey of banks in Luxembourg to determine the state of readiness of the banking sector to implement an ICAAP and comply with the requirements of the Circular. The survey reflects the state of affairs at the midpoint between issue of the Circular in July 2007 and the date by which compliance must be achieved.
