Events beyond your control and perhaps only indirectly connected to your business can influence your stakeholders positively and adversely.
The Luxembourg Chapter of PRMIA (the Professional Risk Managers International Association) has invited avantage Capita to hold a series of four risk management events. The second event will be held on Thursday 6 November 2008. On this occasion, avantage Capita will present together with our partners evolve24, emerging approaches in the area of reputation risk.
Issues and disturbances which may represent a minor costs in terms of operations and management input to correct, can have an inordinately high cost on the business when they affect reputation. In some cases damage to an organisations reputation can force closure.
For years, the challenge has been to measure the organisation's reputation status, predict future influences, anticipate financial impact and to proactively manage the situation.
avantage Capita and evolve24 have developed a proven system for calculating and monitoring reputation status and financial indicators, using statistical algorithms to model, project future states and generate plausible stress tests and scenarios under which an organisation would suffer significant losses.
