Despite the compliance deadline of 1 January 2008 (at the latest) for the implementation of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) there would appear to be much work still to be done before many firms fully comply with regulatory requirements set out by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
