Training and people change
Successful change requires the engagement and participation of those involved, and our delivery approach provides the right framework for managing the people side of change.
First and foremost, we immerse ourselves in our clients’ environment and work as an extension of their workforce. Our approach entails thoughtful planning and sensitive implementation – consulting and working with those affected by the change to ensure that they agree with (or at least understand) the need for change, and have a chance to input the change management process.
We also support people in change management by providing the highest standard of training and seminars. Led by experienced lecturers who count many years of industry-related experience. The training courses encompass case studies, interactive lectures and workshops.
Our offerings, which are supported by proprietary methodology (e.g. assessment of education needs) and tools (e.g. existing course material) include:
- A preliminary analysis of current training needs and objectives – such as reducing the number of queries around financial instruments – to help staff members handle a new activity (e.g., securities lending);
- Development and delivery of training courses and learning events (game-based, seminars, training, etc.) to equip people with the required knowledge, instil a culture shift or embrace change;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programmes.
